Honestly, I have no shame in admitting that I am a huge social shopper. Especially with fashion month in full swing, I can not wait for my Instagram feed to be overtaken by the newest trends and styling ideas. Not all of the trends that see the runway will be a hit in reality, but here are a few of my predictions on what will be huge in the street style world!

I love a good neon, preferably in lime/coral/fuchsia because it really gives your outfit such a pop and it can make the most colorless/pale person(ME) look a bit more tan! All neon outfit is a bit too bold for the everyday civilian, so I love pairing it with an all black look to make it look muted but still fun and exciting on the eyes!

With the plummeting temperatures, we all rely on a lineup of statement outerwear to stay warm as we go through our days. This season it will be a case of the bigger, the better when it comes to our outerwear pieces. Keep it skintight on the bottom to really emphasize the silhouette of your puffer/trench!

Leopard is very much a neutral. However, fashion’s love affair with animal print has been taken to the extremist level. From the monochromatic appeal of zebra stripes to a printed snakeskin, we will without a doubt see an overage of print and texture outside of the shows.

The grunge of the nineties has made a stellar comeback with this trippy print. Designers from Prada to Proenza have made tie-dye cool again and I have no doubt the the fashion crowds of Instagram will be the first to embrace the trend on the streets. Unsurprisingly, the key to wearing it is all about its contradiction so pairing it with a a pastel shade will swirl the on-trend neutrals for a modern take!
