Let’s face it, falling asleep isn’t always as easy as it could be; while some nights it is super easy for us to catch up on our rest, but other nights we could use an extra little something to get us to relax. Believe it or not, there are SEVERAL “beauty” products to get us that added relaxation.
There are certain ingredients/accessories that will work for us as sleep aids and I’ve researched and tested out a variety of them throughout the years. Because I work so often and consistently with a various schedule, I need help managing my sleeping schedule. You can use a range of different products to assist your sleeping pattern to fall back in place- one of mine being a pillow spray as a “aromatherapeutic” to relax and fall asleep sooner. Others I gravitate towards are vitamins/serums.
Additionally, I enhance the benefits of these products by adding some of my favorite sleeping tools; these will include everything from sleep-enhancing candles to silk pillowcases. I also really love essential oil diffusers that I can leave on through the night for extra aromatherapy.
