If you have ever lived anywhere that the temperature drops below 60·, you should be familiar with the puffer coat. For those of you who are unfamiliar with what a puffer coat is, they are coats designed with signature quilting sections that are “puffed” between the stitches. They are filled with insulation, to provide a high level of warmth while still maintaining their lightweightedness, comparable to wool or leather jackets.
However, through my research, I have found it difficult to locate multiple puffer coats that are either TOO puffy, too pricey, or not very easy on the eyes. Attached, is a shopping guide of my favorite puffers in the market. ENJOY!
