For those of you who want to read, but do not have the time or patience–or for those of you who want something to listen to on your long drive from work or getting ready in the morning, I find that podcasts are the best pastime. There are a wide assortment of themes on the market, and they are easily located in your “podcast” app on your phones with your search bar. I find the most inspiring ones to be on the topics of careers, marketing/small business, and real estate.
Below, are a list of the podcasts that I have been listening to nonstop!
Who What Wear and MyDomaine co-founder, Hillary Kerr, interviews special guests who have made drastic career changes at all ages. From fashion designers, to interior design experts, editors, and many more, you’ll be so inspired to go after your dreams after listening.
One of my favorite podcasts for those of you who are interested in real estate, whether it be investing or selling, commercial or residential. Kevin Ward, is a phenomenal real estate agent based out of California, but bring relevant issues and topics that are requested by his audience and gives incredibly informative advice on topics such as lead generation, getting more referrals, and even how to write your selling scripts.
One of the best things you can possibly learn is to market; whether it be advertisements for your company, your business, or even marketing yourself in a job interview; it is such a incredible facet to know how to market. This dynamic duo are equally entertaining as they are knowledgeable in their respective fields.
This podcast is truly amazing, for anyone wanting to be an entrepreneur. They don’t necessarily “teach” you how to be an amazing business owner, but they will give the inspiration you need. Guy Raz features several incredible speakers with lots of experience and goes through all of their accomplishments as well as their hardships that they face throughout their career journey towards entrepreneurship
Create & Cultivate founder and CEO, Jaclyn Johnson, dives into the ins and outs of starting your own business on WorkParty. After releasing a book version of the podcast, Johnson brought the WorkParty to life with expert interviews and a ton of special guests who all dish on the best career advice from their experiences.
